Join us for a very special event on Wednesday, February 4th at the incredible Primal Moves Venice - a vibrant new 11,000 square foot movement sanctuary in Venice!
We’ll open the night with a Primal Movement Warmup, a dynamic and energizing guided experience that awakens your body, builds connection, and sets the tone for a powerful night of dance, then journey into a full Ecstatic Dance set
Come as you are and dance with us in this beautiful, purpose-built movement space with plenty of space to groove - surrounded by community, intention, stretch and chill out zones, and dance music.

PRIMAL MOVES WARMUP

Primal Moves is a bodyweight movement method designed to cultivate body awareness, strength, and mobility. Rooted in animal locomotive patterns, the practice progresses in complexity and intensity, building functional strength and restoring natural mobility in the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and wrists.
This method emphasizes reconnecting with the body's innate intelligence, promoting longevity and holistic wellness through mindful movement.
Move in ways your body was designed to move. Improve mobility, stability, and postural alignment with every session.
Build Real Strength. Bodyweight conditioning rooted in flow and form—not reps for reps’ sake. Expect challenge, not punishment.
Stay Connected. This is a community-driven practice. Come as you are—leave feeling more grounded, stronger, and supported.
