Volunteer at Ecstatic Dance LA!
Ecstatic Dance LA hosts weekly events focused on providing a safe and inspiring space for people to dance, connect, and experience the wellness benefits of free-form movement and community.
With the support of our volunteer team, we create this experience by offering a space that is fun, safe, and mindful for both participants and the public. To volunteer with Ecstatic Dance LA is to help us hold this global movement and share the medicine of dance and authentic connection.Thank you for considering joining us!
Our volunteer team meets before each event, assists with setup and attendee check-in, enjoys the dance alongside everyone else, and (for our outdoor events) helps sanitize headsets afterward. We also work together to move some equipment, so please be prepared to carry light to medium-weight items. Many hands truly make light work!
Please note: Prior to submitting the form below, we ask that you attend at least one of our events so you can experience the space we create. If you’re unable to attend due to financial constraints, please email us at EDanceLA@gmail.com—we’ll gladly help you find a way to join and experience the event.
