Ecstatic Dance LA HOSTS WEEKLY EVENTS FOCUSED ON PROVIDING A SAFE AND INSPIRATIONAL SPACE FOR PEOPLE TO DANCE, CONNECT, AND RECEIVE THE WELLNESS BENEFITS OF FREE-FORM MOVEMENT AND CONNECTING WITH COMMUNITY. With the support of our volunteer team we create this experience by providing a space that's fun, SAFE and mindful for participants and public alike. To volunteer with Ecstatic Dance LA is to help hold this worldwide movement alongside us and spread the medicine of dance and expressive connection.
Thank you for considering joining us!
Our Volunteer Team meets before an event, assists with setup and checking in attendees, enjoys the dance with everyone else, then sanitizes the headsets after the event (FOR OUR OUTDOOR EVENTS). We all help TO MOVE some of the equipment, so be prepared to carry light to medium-weight equipment with us. Many hands truly make light work!
Please note; prior to submitting the below form, please ensure you have attended one of our events first so you know what kind of space and experience we are providing. (If you are unable to attend your first event due to financial needs, please email us at EDanceLA@gmail.com letting us know, and we will find a date you can join us and see how the event experience unfolds).
